Maintenance is of overall concern to those business owners operating computers. As a rule, if a computer is operating when you first receive it, it will continue to perform for many years. In the few instances where maintenance or repairs are called for, sbc is here. From periodic preventative maintenance and cleaning to on site and in house repairs. sbc is open 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and on Saturday by appointment. And when we say 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM... WE MEAN IT!

Periodic preventative maintenance is essential to the continued healthy operation of any computer. Dust accumulating inside of the computer case may cause heat buildup. Heat is your computer's worst enemy. Dust buildup around vents, fans and cooling fins prevents air from circulating and air has to circulate to remove the heat. Overheating will cause your computer to slow down or fail completely. If the CPU overheats it will either slow down or shut off completely. Continued overheating may damage the CPU and/or other components permanently. sbc offers multiple preventative maintenance programs designed around the use of your computer. Please ask for a quote and keep your computer running like new.

Bench work	$ 74.00 Hr.	R & R replace defective components or software.
Service call (Normal hours)	$ 99.00	Covers up to 1 hour from the time we leave our shop.
Service call (After normal hours)	$125.00	Covers up to 1 hour from the time we leave our shop.
Express labor	$125.00 Hr.	While you wait or... Nights and weekend emergency work.
Maintenance Agreements	By quote	We will quote a price based on your usage, equipment and environment.

NOTE: Small Business Computing is not responsible for lost or damaged data. It is your responsibility to back up your data and software on a timely basis. We recommend at least weekly to a removable media.
